Chilled Fruit Soup
Cold Fruit Soup
Super healthy - Super easy.
No fuss, little muss and very low fat.
Prep. Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients;
3 c. fresh orange juice (pulp removed).
1 c. natural low fat or no fat yogurt.
1/4 lb. cut up fresh strawberries.
1/4 lb. cut up fresh honey dew melon.
1 sliced banana.
1 cut into chunks, fresh peach.
2 tsps. sugar or splenda (optional).
1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled).
1 tsp. fresh mint (optional).
Instructions - here's the easy part. lol
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Process until smooth.
Chill in fridge for an hour or so and;
Serve.
So low fat.
So healthy.
So super natural.
A chilled soup.
