Peach-Mango-Smoothie ~ Low Fat
All of our smoothie recipes are sooooooo easy to make.
This peach-mango-smoothie takes virtually no time at all to make and the best thing is that your family will absolutely love them.
These are excellent and very healthy
breakfast
drinks as well.
We do have to warn you though, if you have kids and you allow them to take these outside in the neighbourhood, be warned, you may have a herd of kids and neighbours showing up on your doorstep looking for their own smoothie.
Smoothie - Peach Mango.
Serves 4.
Skill Set; Easy.
Total Time 15 mins.
Ingredients;
1-1/2 c. organic fortified soy beverage.
2 c. frozen peach mango yogurt.
3 tbsp. frsh squeezed lemon juice.
1/2 c. plain stirred yogurt.
2 tbsp. organic honey.
1 banana peeled and sliced.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend on high speed for about a minute or until mixture is smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
250 calories, 7 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat and 46 grams of carbs.
Low fat!
