This is a great snack to munch on anytime of day, whether in the house or out and about.

Most people would refer to this recipe as a "trail mix".

So, keep a baggie of mix in your pocket whenever ya hit the dusty trail.

Ingredients;

4 c. whole grain cereal.

1/2 c. raw almonds.

1/2 c. unsalted oil-roasted peanuts.

1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds.

Preparation;

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

Mix thoroughly and divide evenly among 6 plastic bags.

Makes 6

Per Serving: 237 cal, 8 g pro, 21 g carb, 14.5 g fat, 1.5 g sat fat, 0 mg chol, 5 g fiber, 198 mg sodium
